Hospital Bell

This is the bell which stands on the reception desk at the new hospital in Invergordon. The bell came out of the old hospital - does anyone know anything about its origins?
The inset at the top right shows more detail of the crest which may help.

Do not know origin of the bell, but know it hung outside the dining room for many years ( I remember as far back as 1956). It was rung at meal times to summon staff for meals.
