How sad that so much of old Invergordon has been blitzed. These were very solidly built stone houses, presumably their substance is now part of the "reclaimed" on the sea front.

Ness Cottage, home of the Andrews family. I always thought it was a good solid family home.

Pretty sure my Mum (Isobel Ross) spent time here during the War, she was great friends with the Andrews family, particularly Jet.
