Mrs Miller on Shore Road. Does anyone know the date?

Hi Willie, good set of pictures, taxing my old brain, I only recognise yourself and Gertrude in some. This scene I remember well, my Grandmother used to sit on this bench and knit.
Hope all is well with you, Willie.

The date must be around late 1958-1959 as Ann was born in 1957. They stayed in the ship inn for a short time.

(Thanks for the info Willie, and I've altered the date accordingly - Site Admin.)

This is a very iconic picture. I remember Invergordon Shore Road as pictured here. I can still remember my shock when visiting the town after the Oil Rig depot had been established and the old shore line obliterated. Thanks for these pics Willie, hope you are well and still smiling!

Is this Isabella Millar? Married to George and lived in the old Ship Inn? If so, my partner is John Clarke who was her grandson. We've tracked down some photos of her and him outside the Ship Inn when they lived in it. Can I post on this site? Willy, you are related to John via his uncle Johnny's wife's (Jessie) brother, does that sound right?
