Shirley Booth

To all those people who remember her - my beautiful sister, Shirley Maureen Booth, died on 27th April 2009 aged just 62 years. She is survived by her son, Peter, and her daughter, Pavlina and her little grandaughter, Lily.

Hi Heather, sorry to hear your news. I remember being at your mum's on the High Street and being in awe of Shirley - she was so modern and had her hair in a beehive and stilettos. I was so envious as only a nine or ten year old would be.

Thank you Liz for re-calling these lovely memories of my sister. Yes - she was a real head turner and remained so until she died.

My beautiful sister, Shirley now has another two grandchildren. Two lovely grandchildren she sadly never lived to see - Sophie Maureen, born in May 2012, and Elliot Mark, born June 2014.
