Anyone remember a cheap sale of shirts in 1956?
Picture added on 15 January 2008
They look like a pair of male models. Looks like the Playhouse in background.
Also took their jackets off to show shirts. Good photo of them both..

Really good photo of Donald (Shorty) and Willie, Gordon. Yes, it's definitely the Playhouse in the background. Can it really be 52 years ago?

Great photograph! Just as I remember them both!

Hi Rosalie and Anne. I agree it's a really good photo, and like you Rosalie can't honestly believe it's 52 yrs ago. Just where has all that time gone? Anne, haven't seen your name on this site for some time; hope you and yours are ok. How is your mum keeping? Please give her my regards.

Could it be that this photo was not taken in Invergordon at all, although it looks like it was taken outside the Picture House, the rest of the street does not look right. Perhaps Union Street, Aberdeen.

Photo taken at Elgin High Street. We were camping at Hopeman - Shorty, Corky Macdonald, Robert Gilles, Willie Mackay and Charlie Collins.
