I was only 8rys. At the time this picture was taken but I do remember your face. Your recollections are amazing! Somebody was asking what the Albyn Housing building was before. So funny, I can only remember it as a garage!

That car might be Roddy Bells fathers he use to drive a ford like that

Hi John. He certainly did have a Consul, but much earlier,in the 50s. By 1964 he'd had a Zephyr and a couple of Zodiacs, needed for ferrying the band about. His first car was an Austin 7, and before that I remember being taken to watch a football match at Black Park on an AJS motorbike.
